When did you make toads castle?
-Julsaki
supertoad: I started Toad's Castle in the early morning hours of June 25, 2004. It was the beginning of summer and I was getting frustrated with my current website's lack of growth. I stopped working on the site for about half a year, but after bringing it online in February 2005 with a new design and new content it began generating more hits weekly than my programming site did monthly. It has only continued to grow since. So far this summer (since July) there hasn't been a day when I haven't updated at least once!
Kronos: Toad's Castle, the general site as a whole, was founded July 2004, and has been running as a Mario fansite ever since. The site's growing popularity in both the site and the forum may have it listed as one of the top Mario fansites one day, no doubt. That's as long as we keep trying, that is. We appreciate any help, because we're nice people.
WOOOO! TOAD'S CASTLE RULES!!! BEST MARIO SITE ONLINE!
-Wes G.
supertoad: Thank you for the kind encouragement! Consider dropping by the forum for even more TC goodness.
Kronos: I'm glad you think so. Give a lot of that credit to Eric. He works hard to maintain the site to keep it inviting to visitors all the time.
How do you feel about another Mario Bro?
-abbejim
supertoad: Do you want to drive us webmasters insane or something? Do you realize how many pages that would deem obsolete?! Seriously though, I don't think it could work. There is so much Mario content in existence, from the games to the cartoons, that do not reference the brother at all, and Mario and Luigi seem a little old to have a baby brother born into their family.
Kronos: Another Brother would be a great idea, but it's more of the storyline that'll work for a single game, such as a hypothetical Yoshi's Island 3, where Yoshi finds out that one baby that favors blue or something actually got to the parents, or something like that. However, that is a pretty good idea.
DID U BEAT [SUPER MARIO 64 AND NEW SUPER MARIO BROS] IF U DIDNT I WILL HELP I BEAT THEM
-LongSnuggles
supertoad: I beat SM64 years ago, and NSMB recently on the first day I had it. I don't need your help, but if you would like to turn your expertise into a guide the site is lacking currently one for NSMB.
Kronos: I don't think we need help, but if another opportunity comes up, we'll let you know.
Have you heard their re-releasing old games on to the Wii so maybe if we try hard enough they'll re-release SMRPG for the Wii that'll take the Wii and Mario lovers who never played RPG to the extreme! What do ya say? Wanna start a SMRPG for the Wii stand?
-JnDn39
supertoad: I'm sure Nintendo will put it out on the Wii Virtual Console, but if they don't I'll definitely support some sort of petition/campaign.
Kronos: The Wii is supposed to feature most Nintendo classics from the last 20 years, so Super mario RPG has a likely chance of being a downloadable file. However, the downfall to this will probably be that there may have to be small payment for these older games, and they may be more expenxsive as they get more recent. my guess would be that, if probably, Super Mario RPG would be downloadable for about $5.00. However, we all love this game, so before starting some riots, we'd better ask them instead. As the staff digs up information about this, we'll post it on the site as soon as possible, so always check back for it.
